Arrangement and installation of cables and pipelines in the drag chain
1. Cables with different outer diameters must be installed separately to avoid intertwining and crossing between cables; When cables with similar outer diameter are installed together, the gap above the cable must be less than 50% of the diameter of adjacent cables.
2. The transverse clearance between the cable and the drag chain (or cable) must be greater than 10% of the cable outer diameter (minimum 1mm).
3. Cables with different sheath materials, including other pipelines, must be separated to avoid mutual adhesion and friction.
4. The weight of cables and pipelines in the drag chain must be evenly distributed in the width direction of the drag chain.
5. Cables are not allowed to be stacked, tied and fixed in the drag chain to ensure the free movement of cables in the drag chain.
6. The length of the cable shall be left with allowance, the wiring shall be as loose as possible, and shall be installed in the center of the drag chain, and shall not be close to the drag chain; Ensure the degree of freedom of the curved part.
7. Both ends of the cable must be fixed, and the distance between the fixed point and the end of the drag chain shall be 10 ~ 30 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
